KIMBERLY-CLARK PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Depend Brand Life Cycle Management

|

5/15-9/16

As a down-stream Product Development Engineer in Life Cycle Management, I spent a lot of time working in the mill setting, and focused on current on shelf products.

-Assessed, analyzed, and internally communicated monthly consumer complaint data.

-Managed consumer complaint numbers to meet quarterly goals by identifying neglected consumer needs, and by designing and implementing new quality measures that ensure those needs are fulfilled.

-Defended the consumer's experience while enabling cost transformation initiatives that improve the product's efficiency.

-Supported project launches by ensuring that any new features still meet current quality standards.
KIMBERY-CLARK: PRODUCT ENGINEERING CO-OP
Poise Brand Front End of Innovation

|

1/15-5/15

As an up-stream product development engineer in the front end of innovation, I focused on project opportunities that could be 10 to 15 years out.

-Compiled historical research on a specific product performance into a comprehensive document.

-Identified new design approaches to improve the specific performance area and designed an experiment to test approach.

-Performed experiments and communicated results back to company on how these new approaches could improve this specific performance area.
